Prepare and stage orders for dispatch, verifying product accuracy. Perform appropriate packaging of merchandise to ensure protection during transportation. Coordinate and execute order dispatch to customers or distribution points. Maintain order and cleanliness in storage and operational areas. Comply with established safety protocols for load handling. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree in Logistics, Warehousing, or related fields. Proven experience managing inventory systems and stock cards (kardex). Ability to conduct physical counts. Experience in order staging and dispatch, as well as merchandise packaging. Knowledge of merchandise receipt and custody processes. Ability to maintain operational safety and warehouse order.
