Ongoing training on products, sales, and wellness. **Maka Healthy World**, a specialty store offering truly healthy products, certified supplements, natural personal care items, and foods free from harmful ingredients, is looking for a committed, responsible, and wellness-passionate individual to join our team. **Position: Integrated Health Store Advisor** **Purpose of the Position** Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, educate customers about authentic healthy products, ensure proper store operations, and contribute to Maka’s growth through sales support, organization, visual merchandising, and inventory management. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Customer Service and Shopping Experience** * Greet, advise, and guide customers according to their needs (skincare, supplements, natural beauty, food, home). * Explain product benefits, usage, and differences between items. * Address questions and create a warm, professional, and trustworthy experience. * Handle payments, payment methods, and gift packaging. **2\. Store Organization and Visual Merchandising** * Maintain clean, organized shelves with visible products. * Create attractive and modern displays aligned with Maka’s brand style. * Rotate products by expiration date. * Perform continuous restocking and daily inventory verification. **3\. Inventory Management** * Record inventory inflows and outflows. * Monitor minimum stock levels and report out-of-stock items. * Organize new orders and label products. * Assist in preparing kits, bundles, and special packaging. **5\.
