Strengthening of teaching practices and student well-being **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the holistic development of students within the assigned cycle by leading and coordinating pedagogical processes. Professional in education or related fields with experience leading academic and formative processes in educational institutions. Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and supervising the pedagogical development of a school cycle, promoting implementation of the Institutional Educational Project, strengthening of teaching practices, and students’ holistic well-being. Recognized for pedagogical leadership, team management skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.
