Foster a positive organizational climate and sense of belonging **Job Description** ---------------------- Create active, participatory, and dazzling educational spaces that foster and enhance learning and development. * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project in the subject(s) assigned. * Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects specific to the area. * Effectively plan and implement learning activities, learning experiences, or school events, aligning these with curriculum guidelines issued by the Colombian Ministry of National Education, international curricula implemented in each school (e.g., HighScope for Early Childhood and IB for Secondary), and integrated with emotional well-being programs and/or approaches. * Execute lesson plans and other activities to achieve key developmental indicators or holistic formation objectives (cognitive, socio-affective, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical). * Carry out monitoring, follow-up, and record-keeping processes for the indicators under their responsibility. \-Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (project enthusiasm\- passion for teaching) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community practices. * Promote a positive organizational climate by demonstrating receptive, respectful, collaborative, analytical, reflective, and critical attitudes that enable growth as a community and strengthen teamwork and institutional belonging.
