Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products, maintaining quality standards and providing excellent customer service along assigned routes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Timely and secure product delivery 2. Ensuring quality and customer service 3. Route management and compliance with regulations Perform timely, safe, and efficient delivery of company products to customers, ensuring adherence to assigned routes, order integrity, and outstanding customer service. Deliver orders to assigned addresses within established timeframes. * Verify that delivered products match the invoice or delivery note. * Maintain the cold chain and ensure product quality and safety during transportation. * Provide courteous and respectful customer service. * Promptly report delivery exceptions, returns, or issues encountered along the route. * Assist with loading and unloading orders when necessary. * Keep the assigned vehicle or motorcycle in good condition and clean. * Comply with traffic regulations and the company's road safety policies. * Support other logistics activities as required by operations. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and other internal procedures. * High school diploma (preferred). * Valid driver's license corresponding to the assigned vehicle. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery person, courier, or delivery driver. * Knowledge of addresses and routes within the metropolitan area. * Availability to work according to the company's schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
