Responsibilities: * Actively participate in production processes on the production line. * Perform material loading and unloading tasks. * Manage inventory to ensure accuracy. Requirements: * Must reside in Bogotá, Soacha, or Bosa. * Minimum basic education. * At least six months of experience as a Factory Operator. Education Level: * Primary education Industry Sectors: * Production Operators and Manufacturing Other Skills: Technical Skills: * Inventory handling * Production processes Interpersonal Skills: * Teamwork * Effective communication Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:10 PM; Saturdays, 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Salary: $1\.750\.905 \+ transportation allowance \+ all statutory benefits \+ production bonuses.
