What Are We Looking For? \- Technician in administrative fields or final-semester student in related programs. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector. \- Experience in patient access, admissions, and administrative patient management. Key Knowledge Areas \- Access and admissions in healthcare services. \- Authorizations and liaison with insurers. \- Billing and/or auditing in healthcare. \- Referrals, counter-referrals, and early discharge management. \- Handling complex administrative cases. \- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
