Job Summary: Ensure warehouse handling, control, and organization, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, order preparation, and timely dispatches to support operational efficiency and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory and ensure product traceability. 2. Perform accurate picking/packing and dispatches. 3. Maintain warehouse organization and safety (5S). Ensure proper warehouse handling, control, and organization, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, appropriate order preparation, and timely fulfillment of dispatches—contributing to operational efficiency and high-quality customer service. Your management ensures operational continuity, compliance with quality standards, and excellence in end-customer service. **Core Responsibilities** * **Receiving and Control:** Receive, inspect, and classify incoming goods according to standard operating procedures and quality criteria. * **Inventory Management:** Execute real-time updates of goods inflows and outflows, ensuring product traceability. * **Stock Auditing:** Conduct cyclic counts and periodic inventories to maintain system data reliability against physical stock. * **Order Preparation (*****Picking*** **\&** ***Packing*****):** Prepare dispatch orders ensuring accuracy in item references, quantities, and product condition. * **Dispatch and Loading:** Supervise and support loading, unloading, and distribution processes, verifying associated documentation (delivery notes, waybills, invoices). * **Incident Management:** Identify, record, and escalate promptly any inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages. * **Organization and Safety (5S):** Maintain cleanliness, correct zoning, and physical safety within warehouse facilities. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Strictly apply occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols and internal policies. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Technical or technological degree, or current student in Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or related fields. *(Academic High School diploma acceptable with demonstrable experience.)* * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and *picking/packing* processes. * **Desirable Knowledge:** * Proficiency in systems * Familiarity with organization methodologies (e.g., 5S) * Inventory management skills **Key Competencies** * **Attention to detail and accuracy:** To minimize errors in counting and dispatches. * **Proactivity and agility:** Efficient time management during workload peaks. * **Teamwork and assertive communication:** Smooth coordination with procurement, sales, and transportation teams. * **Analytical ability and problem-solving:** To anticipate and identify inventory variances.
