Responsible, proactive, and safety-oriented A prominent company in the freight transportation sector requires a **Tire Mechanic** for its workforce, with experience in maintenance and repair of tires for heavy-duty vehicles. **Requirements** * High school diploma, technical or technological degree in automotive mechanics or related fields (preferred). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a tire mechanic, preferably in freight transportation companies. * Knowledge of mounting, demounting, repairing, and calibrating tires for tractor-trailers, trailers, and heavy vehicles. * Proficiency in using tools and equipment for tire maintenance. * Knowledge of wear inspection, tire rotation, and pressure control. * Responsible, proactive individual with ability to work in teams and strong safety orientation. **Responsibilities** * Perform tire mounting, demounting, and repair. * Inspect tire condition and report abnormalities. * Execute tire rotation, calibration, and pressure control according to maintenance schedules. * Support inventory control of tires and accessories. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health procedures. **Working Conditions** * Fixed-term renewable contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, and Saturdays, **8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** * Work location: **Mosquera, Cundinamarca.** Work location: On-site employment
