Provide comprehensive advisory services to customers to foster long-term relationships PURPOSE / MISSION Lead customer relationship management by delivering the defined value proposition with excellence according to the segment, thereby achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty while ensuring adherence to sales fundamentals and budget execution. RESPONSIBILITIES * Achieve sales budget and associated performance indicators for the role * Comply with Company policies at customer locations * Ensure proper allocation of resources in accordance with business plans * Analyze performance indicator data and implement necessary corrective actions to guarantee target achievement * Monitor competitor activities across all categories and interpret Nielsen reports to identify environmental opportunities * Provide comprehensive advisory services to customers to foster long-term relationships * Understand and segment customers, maintain updated customer information, and appropriately utilize Company-provided tools * Manage the 7 engines of flawless execution and conduct value-based dialogues with customers, demonstrating the benefits of these engines * Comply with current legal regulations on road safety * Comply with the norms, regulations, and instructions of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the Company's PESV (Occupational Health and Safety Plan) * Report all incidents, accidents, and emergencies * Take preventive actions against accidents, emergencies, and occupational illnesses, reporting them promptly to supervisors and Occupational Health and Safety personnel * Participate in occupational health and safety training activities as defined in the SG–SST (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and PESV training plan.
