**Job Mission** Develop, adjust, and scale patterns for collections, ensuring accurate interpretation of design, fit, functionality, and production feasibility for each garment. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure technical and aesthetic consistency from prototype to final production. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and adjust patterns according to design department specifications. * Scale patterns to all required sizes, ensuring precision and consistency. * Participate in fitting trials and prototype adjustments. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and product specification sheets. * Apply knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making to ensure production feasibility. * Work closely with design, marking, and production teams to meet delivery deadlines. * Participate in pattern digitization and use of Optitex, Illustrator tools. **Key Requirements** * **Education:** Technical, technological, or professional degree in Pattern-Making, Fashion Design, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in pattern-making and product development, preferably in women's or casual apparel manufacturing companies. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in digital pattern-making software Optitex (Advanced) * Pattern grading and industrial garment construction. * Interpretation of technical specifications and coordination with production. * **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail and focus on quality. * Effective communication with design and production teams. * Organization, responsibility, and timely delivery. **Working Conditions** * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Work Location:** On-site at administrative office, conducting purchases with various suppliers. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * **Salary:** $3\.500\.000 to $4\.000\.000 Position type: Full-time, Permanent
