Continuous professional development and educational updating. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide constant guidance and support to the grade-level coordinator and/or subject teacher throughout the entire school day. Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project for the grades or groups under responsibility, preparing academic environments in accordance with the area plan, subject plan, and the teacher’s and/or cycle coordinator’s guidance. Actively participate in planning daily academic experiences or activities and in projects or events developed within the assigned cycle, reading and reviewing planned content to effectively assist in upcoming experiences or activities. Support the teaching process according to assigned and complementary responsibilities of the teaching assistant, considering their competencies; and, if required, support school services in sports and arts schools by accompanying students from preparation (changing clothes) through to their effective handover to the corresponding school transport route or guardian. Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (project enthusiasm\- passion for teaching) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community practices. Strengthen professional development through continuous updating, both within the school and other educational settings. Communicate effectively (message, channel, timing) with all stakeholders of the educational community.
