We are Telenet Ingenieria S.A.S., an SME with 17 years of presence in the services market, specializing in CCTV installation, structured cabling, access control systems, home automation, and other operational focuses. Our headquarters is located in the Engativá locality, serving as the central meeting point for all employees. This position is not limited to following instructions or performing repetitive or narrowly defined tasks; rather, it is a learning space where employees continuously acquire new knowledge—either from colleagues or from management—fostering versatility and innovation across diverse dimensions and heights. REQUIREMENTS: For the position of either Installation Assistant or Installation Technician, the initial contract is a Project-Based/Labor Contract for specific locations, including all statutory benefits (PILA payroll). Based on the employee’s performance and development in the role, evaluation will be conducted for a subsequent Fixed-Term Contract of longer duration, salary adjustment according to the assigned position (motorcycle-based mobility rotation is also available—subject to supervisor evaluation), and statutory benefits payroll. VALUES\- EXPERTISE: * Completed high school diploma. * At least one year of experience in the sector is recommended, preferably in CCTV or fiber optics. This is not mandatory, as the company is open to training and adequately coaching motivated candidates. * Ability/Potential for working at heights (certified via entrance examination administered by an authorized entity). The company employs its own occupational safety and health inspectors and provides a height-work training course for certification, along with periodic refresher trainings and induction repetition. * Assertive communication and immediate progress reporting—including rework reporting—during work shifts. * Strong teamwork and mutual respect. * Punctuality and attendance. * Active listening and proactivity.
