Job Summary: We are seeking an Editorial Designer to transform academic content into attractive, innovative, and interactive editorial experiences that enhance learning. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an **Editorial Designer** with experience and passion for digital design, visual communication, and the creation of educational content. You will be responsible for transforming academic content into **attractive, innovative, and interactive editorial experiences** that contribute to our students’ learning. **What will be your challenge?** Design and develop editorial pieces and digital books that combine **creativity, functionality, and educational purpose**, supporting our teachers in creating didactic, high-impact digital works. **What will you do?** * Design editorial pieces that complement the production of **books and institutional publications**. * Design and develop **digital books** with innovative visual concepts, specifically tailored to students’ needs. * Create graphic resources and illustrations that facilitate **comprehension and appropriation of academic content**. * Support teachers in producing **didactic and interactive digital works**, incorporating tools and resources that enrich the learning experience. * Propose creative solutions to improve the presentation and user experience of editorial content. * Stay updated on **editorial design trends, digital design, technological tools, and interactivity**, integrating new alternatives into the production process. * Ensure the graphic, functional, and visual quality of developed editorial products. **What are we looking for?** **Education:** Technical degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum **8 years of experience** in: * Design and production of **digital books and digital publications**. * Design of graphic pieces and illustrations for editorial content. * Proficiency with professional **graphic design and digital editing tools**. * Development of visual content aimed at facilitating communication and learning. * Ideally, experience in editorial, educational, or institutional projects. **We seek a person who is…** * Creative and proactive * Detail-oriented and quality-focused * Passionate about digital design and emerging technologies * Interested in the education sector and creating learning-oriented content * Skilled at collaborating with teachers and interdisciplinary teams * Initiative-driven in proposing new ideas and solutions **Why is this challenge special?** Because your work will go beyond designing publications: **you will help transform academic content into visual and digital experiences that facilitate our students’ learning.** If you are passionate about design and innovation—and want your creativity to have a **real impact on education**—we want to meet you! **Salary range:** $2\.900\.000 to $3\.100\.000 **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Location:** Autopista norte No. 205 \- 59 Workplace: On-site employment
