Additionally, properly manage the commercial area's needs regarding their requirements, always seeking to meet the performance indicators of the various service portfolio campaigns. **JOB COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION:** Technician or Technologist in Administration, Systems, or Databases. **EXPERIENCE (IN POSITION AND GENERAL FUNCTIONS):** Minimum desirable 6 months to 1 year of related experience in administrative processes and database management. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Customer service knowledge. * Proficiency in Office suite and office software at intermediate level, PBI (optional). * Knowledge of JavaScript. * Communication skills, excellent voice control (diction, fluency, clarity, intonation). * Strong written communication (excellent spelling, writing, typing, reading comprehension, and synthesis). * Analytical and numerical thinking, information analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review databases sent by the client for settlement. * Points settlement. * Upload points into GNX and GN2\. * Perform punctuality process through the ERP. * Carry out communication processes. * Perform content upload. * Perform indicator upload. * Create users. * Execute money disbursement process.
