Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project within the assigned subject(s). * Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects specific to the area. * Effectively prepare and implement lesson plans, learning experiences, or school-based activities, aligning them with curricular guidelines issued by the Colombian Ministry of National Education, as well as international curricula implemented in each school—such as High Scope (Early Childhood) and IB (Primary, Middle, and Secondary)—integrated with emotional well-being programs and/or approaches. * Implement lesson plans and other activities to achieve class-level development indicators or holistic learning objectives (cognitive, socio-affective, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical). * Develop monitoring, follow-up, and record-keeping processes for indicators under their responsibility. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Education (Normalista), Bachelor’s degree, or professional qualification in fields related to the position. * Minimum one year of professional experience in similar roles. * English certification at B2 or C1 level. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
