Demonstrates passion for teaching and continuous improvement. **Job Description** ---------------------- Create outstanding, active, and participatory learning environments that foster and enhance holistic learning and development. * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project within the assigned subject(s). * Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects specific to the subject area. * Effectively develop and implement lesson plans, learning experiences, or school events, aligning them with national curriculum guidelines issued by the Ministry of National Education, as well as international curricula implemented in each school—such as HighScope (Early Childhood) and IB (Primary, Middle, and Secondary)—integrated with emotional wellbeing programs and/or approaches. * Implement lesson plans and other activities to achieve key developmental indicators or holistic formation objectives (cognitive, socio-affective, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical) established. * Carry out monitoring, follow-up, and record-keeping processes for the indicators under their responsibility. \- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (project enjoyment\- passion for teaching) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community practices. * Foster a positive organizational climate by exhibiting receptive, respectful, collaborative, analytical, reflective, and critical attitudes that enable growth as a community and strengthen teamwork and institutional belonging.
