Secure Recruitment Policies will be implemented prior to confirming any hiring. * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project within the assigned subject(s). * Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the area plan, curriculum plan, and other activities and projects specific to the area. * Effectively prepare and implement lesson plans, learning experiences, or school events, aligning them with curriculum guidelines issued by the Colombian Ministry of National Education and international curricula implemented in each school. * Execute lesson plans and other activities to achieve key developmental indicators or holistic formation objectives (cognitive, socio-affective, socio-cultural, aesthetic, communicative, transcendental, and physical) established. \- Carry out monitoring, follow-up, and recording processes for indicators under one's responsibility.
