Provide administrative and accounting support in managing hiring, social security affiliations, and personnel documentation.

**Position Objective**
Provide administrative and accounting support for hiring processes, affiliations to the Social Security System, document management for employees and contractors, as well as control and tracking of documentation required for the proper execution of the organization’s internal processes.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Draft employment contracts and service agreements (Work or Labor, Indefinite Term, and OPS), ensuring compliance with company-established guidelines.
* Manage employee affiliations to EPS, ARL, severance funds, and Family Compensation Funds, and contractor affiliations to ARL.
* Carry out disaffiliation procedures before ARL and the Family Compensation Fund, where applicable.
* Organize, update, and safeguard affiliation supporting documents and other related documents for EPS, ARL, and Family Compensation Funds in digital folders for employees and contractors.
* Execute the monthly closing of contractor fees between the 25th and 30th of each month, according to the established schedule.
* Send social security templates to each contractor once their fees have been paid.
* Verify that invoices submitted by contractors are complete, correctly filled out, and archived in their respective folders.
* Consolidate and timely submit corresponding updates to the accountant for payroll settlement and other accounting processes.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and administrative records related to personnel and contractors.
* Support other administrative and accounting activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements**
* Technical or Technological degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative processes, hiring, social security, or accounting support.
* Knowledge of affiliations to the General Social Security System.
* Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Document organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under established schedules.
