**Job Description:**
**Intermediate A/P Associate**
**Medellin**
This position focuses on problem resolution through interaction and communication with internal and external customers. He/She prepares, consolidates, and audits various billing reports; maintains customer records and ensures systems are updated accordingly; analyzes source documents and reviews records to verify accuracy; distributes workload among associates and serves as a resource to help resolve their issues/questions. This position operates under general guidelines.
**Responsibilities:**
### **Organizes root cause analysis of systemic and procedural anomalies causing billing errors.**
### **Develops, implements, assigns, and monitors action plans to ensure issue resolution in accounts.**
### **Identifies opportunities in systems and procedures to improve implementation efficiency and increase accuracy.**
### **Identifies employee training needs.**
### **Audits work performed by employees to verify accuracy and completeness.**
### **Responds to inquiries from internal customers as needed.**
### **Communicates with internal and external customers on complex topics, both domestic and international.**
### **Participates in projects as directed by management.**
**Requirements:**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Experience conducting detailed research and analysis of complex matters where established procedures may not exist.
Prior billing experience (preferred).
Knowledge of multiple products, services, and business units (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
Conversational English (Required).
Work Mode: Hybrid.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
