Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Assistant or Coordinator to support the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Collaboration with safety committees and emergency response teams Agropecuaria de Papa S.A.S. is looking for an Occupational Safety and Health Assistant or Coordinator who is committed, proactive, and oriented toward compliance with OSH regulations. Requirements: Technician in Occupational Safety and Health with a **valid license**, or Technician in Integrated Management of Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields; a **50-hour SG\-SST course** or a current **20-hour refresher course**, minimum **1 year of experience** supporting the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System; knowledge of SG\-SST, first aid, safety inspections, accident investigation, document management, and office tools. Main responsibilities: Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the SG\-SST and the Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV); conduct safety inspections and follow up on unsafe conditions; assist in investigating work-related accidents and incidents; coordinate inductions, training sessions, and promotion and prevention campaigns; manage and control the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); support document management, audits, and compliance with minimum SG\-SST standards; provide support to the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST), Coexistence Committee, and Emergency Response Team. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., including a 30-minute breakfast break; availability to respond to emergencies, accident investigations, or other job-related activities as required by operations; work location is Itagüí and farms in Santa Rosa de Osos.
