Job Summary: Machine operator for bending, rolling, and curving machines, responsible for inspecting equipment, reading drawings, and ensuring process quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate bending, rolling, and curving machines. 2. Inspect equipment and read work drawings. 3. Contribute to process and safety improvements. * Follow process leaders' instructions. * Before initiating any activity, perform the correct equipment inspection, verifying its condition and operational status. This action is mandatory to prevent unforeseen incidents, ensure operator safety, and guarantee proper process continuity. * Operate bending, rolling, and curving machines correctly according to work orders, avoiding damage caused by improper operation. * Inspect equipment functionality daily. * Read and interpret work drawings or guidelines, verifying compliance with specified dimensions for processed parts. * Position material on the machine accurately. * Verify dimensions, radii, and tolerances for 20% of each part reference processed. * Ensure accurate recording of information in established forms, strengthening process traceability. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Support material preparation. * Before initiating any process, verify the availability of leftover materials. If any meet required specifications, they must be used to ensure appropriate material utilization and avoid unnecessary use of new sheets**.** * Report unsafe conditions or equipment failures. * Comply with established procedures and timelines. * Participate in internal training sessions. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. * Report technical anomalies or inconsistencies. * Participate in quality control and improvement activities. * Comply with the organization's Integrated Management System standards, regulations, and instructions, and contribute to improving processes in which one participates. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards, regulations, and instructions.
