Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in communication network support, technical documentation updating, and cabling knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. CCNA certification is mandatory 2. Experience in first-level support for communication networks 3. Knowledge of structured and electrical cabling **EDUCATION:** * Electronic Technician, Electrical Technician, or related technical profession; or Systems Technologist, Systems Administration Technologist, or related profession. * CCNA certification is mandatory * Proficiency in MS Office tools, concepts of structured cabling, electrical cabling, and tools for editing communication network architecture diagrams. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum one (1) year of first-level support experience for services related to communication networks and technical documentation updating. * To validate work experience, certifications detailing performed duties must be submitted. **Compensation to be agreed upon**
