**Responsibilities and Authorities**
* Define conversational and AI-agent support data architecture and governance, establishing required sources, logical models, quality rules, traceability, privacy, data ownership, and information dependencies to support capability, agent, and use-case prioritization.
* The individual will be responsible for ensuring that data required by the solution is identifiable, reliable, governable, accessible, and suitable for use in conversational experiences and AI capabilities.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Lead the identification and characterization of data sources relevant to prioritized use cases.
* Define conceptual and logical data models for:
* Conversational data.
* User context.
* Profiling and Customer 360\.
* Interactions and sessions.
* Intents, entities, and events.
* Responses, escalations, and outcomes.
* Traceability and audit metadata.
* Identify master sources, systems of record, and information owners.
* Define the dependency map among data, capabilities, agents, integrations, and use cases.
* Establish quality criteria including completeness, consistency, freshness, uniqueness, and availability.
* Define guidelines for data lifecycle management, versioning, retention, and deletion.
* Identify personal, sensitive, confidential, or regulated data.
* Design privacy principles including data minimization, segregation, and authorized usage.
* Define governance roles and responsibilities: data owners, data stewards, custodians, and consumers.
* Design minimum metadata requirements to ensure traceability, auditability, and explainability of data usage.
* Document information dependencies for agent and capability prioritization.
* Assess constraints related to source availability, quality, structure, and access.
* Analyze the current state of Customer 360 and other relevant enterprise data capabilities.
* Participate in workshops with business, architecture, engineering, AI, security, and governance teams.
* Ensure alignment between the data model, target architecture, integrations, and roadmap.
* Propose measurable data quality and governance metrics for the implementation phase.
* Identify data-related risks, assumptions, gaps, and pending decisions.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
* Professional experience in data architecture, data governance, or information platform design.
* Experience defining conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
* Experience with enterprise data architecture and distributed ecosystems.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure.
* Knowledge of:
* Relational and dimensional modeling.
* SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouses.
* Data catalogs and metadata.
* Data quality and observability.
* Data lineage and traceability.
* Data governance.
* Privacy and information protection.
* Digital and conversational interaction data.
* Ability to analyze heterogeneous sources, APIs, events, and document repositories.
* Experience documenting architecture, decisions, dependencies, and governance principles.
* Ability to translate business needs into data structures and rules.
**Desirable**
* Experience with generative AI, agent, or conversational solution data.
* Knowledge of Customer 360, CDPs, or profiling platforms.
* Experience in regulated sectors or handling personal and sensitive information.
* Familiarity with Colombian data protection regulations.
