Job Description At Refurbi, we are looking for a Junior / Semi-Senior Software Developer to support us in developing and maintaining scalable, high-quality technological solutions—contributing technical judgment, programming logic, and adaptability within a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities * Design and develop technological solutions aligned with business needs. * Actively participate in technical design and architectural decision-making. * Implement web, mobile, or desktop applications. * Apply best practices in development, testing, and version control. * Properly version code and document developments. * Collaborate with the Tech Lead on technical planning. * Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to optimize development time and support coding. Requirements **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** 1–3 years of software development experience (web, mobile, or backend). **Knowledge:** * Fundamentals of programming and software logic. * Development of web and/or mobile applications. * Backend and frontend architectures. * Best practices in development and version control. * Basic testing concepts. * Serverless or traditional backend architectures (preferred). **Technical Skills:** * Experience or familiarity with React, Node.js, or Flutter (preferred). * Proficiency with Git. * Ability to design technical solutions. * Use of AI tools to support development. * Code and solution documentation. **Competencies:** * Logical thinking and analytical ability. * Technical curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. * Organization and discipline in development. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. * Adaptability to changing, high-performance environments.
