Description

Job Summary: Die operator responsible for die setup, production, quality control, workstation maintenance, and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Die setup and handling 2. Quality inspection of fabricated parts 3. Workstation maintenance and organization Perform die setups (use the specified clamping system, know the required tonnage for the operation, use correct bolts, align the die with the punch) Interpret engineering drawings Use tools correctly (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Perform stamping production on selected metal Handle material scrap properly Maintain the stamping press (lubrication) Conduct daily inspections of the stamping press (specified pressure) Perform quality inspection of fabricated parts Maintain order and cleanliness at workstations Position Type: Full-time Experience: * TWO: 1 year (Mandatory)
