We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented **Immigration Forms Preparer**, responsible for supporting the administrative and documentary preparation of immigration procedures before U.S. authorities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing information provided by clients, completing immigration forms, verifying data consistency, identifying missing documents or information, and organizing case files according to established internal procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing and preparing immigration forms.
* Reviewing personal, family, employment, and immigration information provided by clients.
* Verifying names, dates, addresses, identification documents, and other relevant information.
* Identifying inconsistencies, errors, or missing information within case files.
* Organizing supporting documents and evidence.
* Preparing and tracking pending document checklists.
* Correcting forms based on observations made during review and quality control processes.
* Continuously updating information, tasks, and progress in the case management system.
* Meeting internal deadlines for preparation and delivery.
* Confidential and responsible handling of client information.
**Required Profile:**
* Prior experience preparing immigration forms, managing immigration cases, or related functions.
* Knowledge of USCIS forms and procedures is highly valued.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Ability to follow procedures, checklists, and instructions.
* Good writing and spelling skills.
* Proficiency with office tools, PDF documents, and case management systems.
* Basic or intermediate English sufficient to understand forms, instructions, and immigration terminology.
* Responsibility, discipline, capacity for learning, and results orientation.
Prior experience working at **immigration law firms, immigration service companies, or preparing documentation for USCIS processes** will be especially valued.
