Recruitment and Selection * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Define job profiles and required competencies. * Manage onboarding and induction of new employees. * **Personnel Administration** * Supervise the preparation of employment contracts. * Monitor the updating of resumes and employee files. * Manage affiliations to social security and labor-related updates. * **Payroll and Social Benefits** * Coordinate the payroll process. * Verify salary payments, social benefits, and severance calculations. * Develop the Annual Training Plan. * Coordinate training programs and competency development initiatives. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities. * Performance Evaluation * Coordinate performance evaluations. * Follow up on improvement plans. * Promote employees' professional development. * Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) * Support the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS). 10\.
