Main Responsibilities: * Lead the company's personnel recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Timely manage the affiliation and onboarding of new personnel into the corresponding systems. * Execute payroll processing and properly manage social security. * Support the management, updating, and implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health System (OSHS). * Ensure proper execution of administrative processes specific to the Human Resources department. * Carry out other functions related to comprehensive human talent management.
