A reputable company is seeking a Human Talent Generalist with expertise in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH-MS) to provide comprehensive support for Human Resource Management processes and compliance with the OSH Management System. **Required Profile** Technologist or professional in Human Talent Management, Business Administration, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Talent processes. Knowledge of payroll, social security, social benefits, Excel, and OSH-MS. **Knowledge Requirements** * Payroll processing, personnel changes, medical leave, vacations, and social benefits. * Affiliations, withdrawals, and social security management. * Colombian labor legislation. * Support for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS). * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Microsoft Office proficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute recruitment, hiring, affiliations, and employee onboarding processes. * Manage payroll, personnel changes, social security, and other Human Talent administrative processes. * Support implementation and monitoring of the OSH-MS. * Administer employee documentation and maintain updated databases. * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the department. * Provide support in welfare activities, training, and other Human Resource Management processes. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Proactivity and service orientation. **Working Conditions** Workplace: Toberin – North of Bogotá. Work Modality: On-site, full-time availability required. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (upon successful completion of probationary period, converted to indefinite-term contract).
