




DESCRIPTION The IAM Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for supporting the definition, documentation, control, and improvement of processes related to the organization’s identity and access lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, modifications, recertifications, and segregation of duties). This role contributes to ensuring regulatory and security compliance, internal user experience, and operational efficiency within a highly dynamic and regulated fintech environment. REQUIREMENTS ### **Academic Background** * Professional degree in: * Process Engineering * Industrial Engineering * Productivity and Quality Engineering * Systems Engineering or related fields ### **Experience** * **6 months to 1 year** in any of the following: * Process analysis and improvement * Quality management or internal control * Procedure documentation * Support in operational risk, IT, or information security areas
