As a Junior UX/UI Designer at Deloitte, you will be responsible for supporting requirements elicitation (requirement definition), research, design, and validation of complex digital experiences across multiple industries. You will combine skills in UX Research, interaction design, visual design, and high-fidelity prototyping, leveraging modern tools and methodologies—including AI for UX, content generation, and prompt-based prototyping. What qualifications are required to apply? * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * 1–2 years of professional experience in UX/UI roles, with emphasis on research, visual design, and applied AI. * Desired knowledge of UX Research methodologies and frameworks (e.g., JTBD, Service Design, Design Thinking, Double Diamond) and familiarity with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Midjourney, Runway, Uizard, or equivalents (experience with these tools is not required). * Portfolio of projects (professional or academic) demonstrating research, design, and prototyping capabilities. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem-solving, and passion for technology.
