Identify opportunities for additional sales Audiovisual Leader – Medellín / Pereira **Singular Tech S.A.S.** is seeking an **Audiovisual Leader** to strengthen our operations in high-end hotels and events in **Medellín and Pereira**. Job Objective Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control audiovisual operations for assigned services, ensuring technical quality, customer satisfaction, proper use of resources, and compliance with company standards. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate daily audiovisual service operations. * Supervise event setup, teardown, and operation. * Coordinate technical staff and required resources for each service. * Ensure equipment availability and proper functionality. * Supervise compliance with technical requirements. * Lead, organize, and evaluate the audiovisual team. * Address client requests and resolve operational issues. * Control inventories and ensure appropriate use of equipment and resources. * Prepare management reports and support budgeting and quotation processes. * Identify opportunities for additional sales and complementary services. Requirements **Education:** Technical, technological, or university degree in audiovisual production, sound engineering, electronic engineering, event production, multimedia production, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of professional audiovisual operations experience in corporate events, premium-category hotels, convention centers, and technical team leadership. Knowledge Professional audio, digital mixing consoles, Line Array systems, wireless microphones, digital signal processing, Dante, LED walls, projection, video switching, NDI, streaming, DMX lighting, OBS, Zoom, Teams, and IP networks. Certifications or additional training in **Dante, Q\-SYS, professional streaming, video switching, LED walls, rigging, electrical safety, and technical English** are highly valued.
