Requirements * Nursing Professional. * Specialization in Health Management, Health Administration, Health Auditing, Quality Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, supervision, or leadership roles within IPS, clinics, or other healthcare institutions. * Knowledge of health service licensing procedures and current regulations. * Proficiency in clinical and administrative performance indicators. * Familiarity with the Mandatory Quality Assurance System in Health (SOGCS). * Experience managing and leading clinical and administrative personnel. * Proficiency in office software tools. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the administrative and clinical operations of the IPS. * Lead the clinical and administrative team. * Ensure compliance with performance indicators, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Implement continuous improvement plans. * Supervise resources, personnel, and supplies to ensure proper service delivery. * Support audits and licensing processes.
