If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** This position performs general office duties respective to the supported group, such as data manipulation, planning, package handling, shipping, auditing, inventory, customer support, operations support, etc. He/She performs other tasks as requested. **Job Profile** : 9066 \- Order Processing Rep I **Responsibilities:** * Ensure my own safety and that of my colleagues; participate in company health and safety activities * Track product receipt and print pre-alerts * Deliver documentation for product release * Report import returns and product receipts * Report anomalies detected during product receipt * Process shipments in the system * Conduct physical cycle counts of inventory * Deliver daily packaging orders * Process in the system location changes for spare parts and/or accessories * Generate movement reports for billing and metrics * Validate and update quality statuses of all packaging record documentation against physical items * Comply with SOP WI guidelines * Complete all required training in QN, H\&S, and other areas mandated by the company * File documentation related to processes inherent to this position * Ensure my own safety and that of my colleagues; participate in company health and safety activities * Ensure inventory compliance according to schedules set by both operations and quality departments * Ensure product, batch, and/or serial traceability in the WMS * Respond promptly and respectfully to both internal and external customers * Ensure delivery generation processes according to customer requests **Qualifications:** High school diploma.
