Job Summary: Leads the printing and laminating process, ensuring production of high-quality parts according to technical, aesthetic, and time-based standards while managing equipment and supplies. Manage equipment, supplies, and workflow to ensure operational efficiency. Lead the printing and laminating process across all lines (Wrap, GPX, and Agency), managing equipment, supplies, and workflow to maintain operational efficiency. **Technical Operation and Quality Control** * Set up, operate, and supervise printing machines (solvent, UV) and laminators, ensuring proper calibration according to material type, size, and resolution. * Guarantee that each print meets Jimmy Graphics’ required standards for color, sharpness, alignment, and finish. * Conduct pre-printing checks (files, proportions, color profiles, substrate type) and perform test prints when necessary. * Carry out visual and technical inspections during and after lamination to ensure required adhesion, gloss, or texture. **Operational Coordination and Schedule Adherence** * Plan and coordinate printing and laminating tasks according to assigned Work Orders (WOs), ensuring logical sequence and defined prioritization. * Maintain constant communication with process leaders, design, and installation teams to ensure continuous production flow. * Report progress, incidents, or delays that may impact delivery timelines. * Ensure adherence to daily and weekly production schedules and targets. **Maintenance, Organization, and Safety** * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machines, performing daily cleaning, calibration, and inspection of moving parts. * Coordinate external technical maintenance and document all interventions performed. * Keep the printing and laminating area **clean, organized, and safe**, complying with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols. * Report any damage or anomalies affecting equipment, facilities, or work tools. **Material and Inventory Management** * Track and record material usage (vinyls, inks, laminates, blades, papers, adhesives, etc.) in the SIAS system or designated platform. * Conduct physical counts, verify stock levels, and promptly report procurement or replenishment needs. * Ensure proper storage of supplies to prevent contamination, deterioration, or loss. * Maintain updated consumption and return reports, as well as control of surplus and waste materials. **Documentation and Traceability** * Record each completed job with its printing parameters, time spent, materials used, and technical observations. * Enter complete WO information into SIAS and into the assigned Drive folders.
