Grow in a role that values organization and attention to detail. **What We Look for in You?** / REQUIRED PROFILE COMPETENCIES EDUCATION: Technician in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. / Technician and/or Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** 1–2 years in similar roles (Procurement, Administrative Assistant, Logistics, or Accounts Payable). / Minimum of 1–2 years in similar roles (procurement, administrative assistant, logistics, or accounts payable). **EQUIVALENCE:** Not applicable **TRAINING (Technical Competencies):** * **Excel:** Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables and basic formulas). / Intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas, advanced filters) for quotation analysis. * **ERP Systems:** Prior experience using any ERP system is desirable. / Proficiency in procurement and inventory modules (e.g., SAP Business One, Oracle, Aspel, Zoho, or the ERP used by your company). Desirable. Languages: Intermediate English (if the company works with foreign suppliers). **SKILLS / Soft Skills** * Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, negotiation skills, and excellent communication. * **Negotiation and Persuasion:** Ability to seek better commercial terms without damaging relationships. * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Critical to avoid errors in pricing, quantities, or technical specifications. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to respond quickly if a supplier fails or there is a delay in the supply chain. * **Working Under Pressure:** Tolerance for urgency and ability to prioritize tasks. * **What We Offer You?** Monthly salary: (SMMLV) * **Employment Type:** Direct employment with the company (job stability) * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Workplace: On-site employment
