Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure the company's sanitary status, supervise Good Manufacturing Practices, and guarantee traceability in food production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the company's sanitary status 2. Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices 3. Ensure traceability throughout the production chain We are a growing food company, 100% from Boyacá. We are looking for a Quality Assistant residing in the city of Tunja. Technical or technological professionals, or students pursuing related degrees currently undergoing university internships. Main responsibilities include: * Ensuring the company's sanitary status through routine on-site inspections * Supervising and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices within the company via established supporting documentation * Ensuring implementation and/or execution of sanitation programs and complementary quality management system programs * Supervising and ensuring traceability throughout the production chain (raw material receipt, production, and finished product) * Supporting inspections by competent authorities to verify regulatory compliance regarding sanitation * Supporting adherence to work shifts assigned to the team according to production scheduling * Preparing reports, analyzing results, and generating production or quality reports for decision-making * Contributing to updating the organization’s quality management system documentation as required Requirements: ● Technical knowledge relevant to the functions to be performed.
