This role combines data analysis, supplier relationship management, and training activities, requiring both technical skills and excellent communication abilities. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Manage, analyze, and maintain databases to ensure information quality and availability. * Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making. * Administer supplier relationships by providing support and follow-up on commercial and operational requirements. * Develop and present market analysis and relevant information to various stakeholders. * Design and deliver training and workshops related to processes, tools, or business information. * Create dashboards and visualizations using Business Intelligence tools. * Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Systems Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. ### **Experience** * Experience in data analysis, commercial information management, or business intelligence. * Experience interacting with internal or external suppliers. * Experience developing executive presentations and training users or customers. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel. * Solid database management skills. * Experience with visualization and Business Intelligence tools, such as: + Power BI + Tableau + QlikView + Other similar tools * Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation. **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Strong analytical ability. * Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable recommendations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Customer and service orientation. * Ability to manage supplier relationships. * Organization and attention to detail. **What We’re Looking For** ------------------- A person passionate about data, results-oriented, and capable of transforming information into valuable business insights.
