You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our customers, ensuring fast, organized, and high-quality service while consistently upholding company standards. **Responsibilities** * Receive and hand over your assigned station or work area completely clean and organized. * Clean, disinfect, and prepare tables before customer arrival and during service as needed. * Correctly execute the service protocols established by the company. * Attend to customers with friendliness, respect, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude. * Always take orders using the authorized system and confirm the order before sending it to the kitchen. * Deliver food and beverages, verifying they exactly match the order. * Be fully responsible for your assigned tables throughout the entire service period. * Present, collect, and verify payment for your tables’ bills correctly. * Prepare, maintain, and inventory work tools as required by operations. * Support reservation management and proper table assignment. * Have thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, promotions, and recommendations to provide better customer guidance. * Actively participate in training sessions organized by the company. * Attend the opening meeting for each shift to coordinate service, assign duties, and prepare work areas. * Maintain excellent communication and teamwork with the kitchen, cashier, and other colleagues. * Comply with internal work regulations, hygiene and safety standards, and personal appearance requirements. * Support various operational activities required by the restaurant to ensure optimal functioning. **Candidate Profile** * Excellent service attitude. * Professional personal appearance. * Responsible, punctual, and organized individual. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail. * Honesty and commitment.
