If you possess strong skills in handling banking platforms and are passionate about financial order, we want to meet you! **Profile Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in accounting or treasury roles. * **Accounting Systems:** Proven proficiency in the **HELISA** accounting software *(Mandatory)*. * **Banking Platforms:** Advanced expertise and extensive experience using banking portals for managing and disbursing payments to suppliers and payroll *(Mandatory)*. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Solid accounting and administrative knowledge. * Demonstrable experience in accrual of purchases and supporting documentation. * Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel). * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills, mathematical accuracy, and analytical ability. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Payment Management:** Schedule, execute, and monitor payments to suppliers and payroll disbursement via various banking portals. * **HELISA Management:** Record, store, and analyze financial information using our accounting software. * **Accrual and Control:** Perform accrual of purchase invoices and proper classification of supporting documents.
