




Job Summary: We are seeking an Appian Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in low-code development, focused on enterprise process automation and interface design, with solid foundations in web development and database technologies. Personalized career plan and training programs. Appian Developer – A software engineer with at least 3 years of experience developing low\-code applications using Appian. Actively participates in real-world projects under supervision, applying best practices in enterprise process automation, interface design, process modeling, and basic integration handling. Possesses strong fundamentals in web development, databases, and a general understanding of the software development lifecycle. Committed to continuous learning, teamwork, and delivering functional, maintainable solutions. Technical Skills Creation of basic workflows in Appian using simple subprocesses, user nodes, gateways, and basic error handling. Understanding of BPM fundamentals. Implementation of functional and reusable interfaces using SAIL. Ability to apply standard components and visibility/validation logic. Consumption of REST services via Appian Integration Objects. Basic handling of Web APIs, simple authentication, and testing using tools such as Postman. Configuration of basic Record Types, use of Data Sync, simple queries (Query Rules and Query Entities), and creation of constants/variables for data manipulation. Basic SQL knowledge for reading, inserting, and updating data. Use of simple normalized structures and understanding of table relationships. Soft and Business Skills Ability to approach technical tasks with guidance, actively seeking to learn and continuously improve. Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams, openness to feedback, and adherence to defined standards. Clear explanation of progress, blockers, or technical ideas—both in documentation and verbally. Basic time management and timely delivery of assigned deliverables within sprints or tasks.
