Job Summary: An integrated Architectural Designer with a commercial focus and on-site leadership capability, responsible for end-to-end management of architectural projects—from client acquisition to final delivery. Development of detailed designs and supervision of execution POSITION PURPOSE: DisRed Soluciones S.A.S seeks an integrated Architectural Designer with commercial orientation and on-site leadership capacity, responsible for full-cycle management of architectural projects—from client acquisition to final delivery. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct commercial visits to existing and prospective clients to secure new projects. · Develop complete architectural designs, including detailed floor plans and renderings for presentation and approval. · Prepare quotations in accordance with company guidelines and analyze technical and financial feasibility. · Direct, supervise, and control on-site construction in strict compliance with design documents and technical specifications. · Manage requirements for personnel, materials, equipment, and tools. · Prepare progress reports, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and cost targets. · Maintain an up-to-date construction logbook or site diary. · Attend meetings with clients and/or third-party supervisors (interventoría). · Resolve technical issues arising during project execution. · Submit payroll records for supervised personnel and report progress to immediate supervisors. · Adhere to quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management guidelines. · Promptly address post-sales warranties and related requests. REQUIREMENTS: · Degree in Architecture. · Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and construction management. · Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar). · Experience in budget preparation. .
