As a Call Center Advisor, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, delivering exceptional telephone service and resolving user inquiries. Employment Conditions Base Salary: $1,820,000 + all statutory benefits (EPS, AFP, Compensation Fund, ARL, and transportation allowance of $249,095) Monthly performance bonus or variable pay of $150,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (No weekend work; weekly schedule of 44 hours) Contract Type: Project-based or service contract Immediate hiring. Location: Bogotá, Calle 72 (Av. Calle 72 #86-60, Zarzamora neighborhood - Edificio Centro Empresarial Punto 72) · Requirements * Technical or technological degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrician, or related field * Minimum 6 months of experience in a BackOffice role · Additional Benefits Salary advance of up to 30% Payroll processing through Bancolombia and Davivienda (no handling fees and free withdrawals).
