Job Summary: We are seeking Commercial Executives to promote Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, and Payroll Deduction Loans by visiting partner agreements and clients. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic and collaborative work environment We are looking for top talent to join our Commercial Executives teams promoting Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, and Payroll Deduction Loans. You will visit partner agreements and clients in Manizales and surrounding areas. What We Offer: - Indefinite-term employment contract, because we believe in long-term talent and job stability. - Salary: current legal minimum wage ($1,750,905) + transportation allowance + uncapped commissions and 100% statutory benefits. Approximate average commission earnings of $4,000,000. Some of our executives earn between $6,000,000 and $7,000,000. - All statutory benefits. - Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible schedule of 44 weekly hours, availability on Saturdays required). No work on Sundays or public holidays. What We Are Looking For: - Minimum 6 months’ experience as a commercial executive or advisor for intangible products (Payroll Deduction Loans, Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Unsecured Loans, Mortgage Loans, Insurance, Prepaid Medical Plans, Microloans). - Minimum education level: High school diploma, technical, technological, or university degree. - Individuals with exceptional sales and negotiation skills. - Proactivity and results orientation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
