We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Community Manager to strengthen our digital presence and engage with our audience. Requirements * Minimum **1 year of demonstrable experience** as a Community Manager or in related roles. * Experience in social media management and analytics. * Knowledge of digital platform content creation. * Experience developing content calendars and schedules. * Proficiency with tools for scheduling and automating posts. * Skills in designing graphic assets for social media. * Ability to generate reports on digital metrics and KPIs. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proactivity, creativity, and organizational ability. Responsibilities * Manage and administer the company’s social media accounts. * Create engaging content aligned with brand strategy. * Design graphic assets for digital posts. * Develop and execute monthly content calendars. * Schedule posts across various digital platforms. * Monitor community engagement and respond to messages or comments as required. * Analyze social media performance and deliver periodic reports with metrics and improvement recommendations. * Propose strategies to increase reach, engagement, and commercial opportunity generation.
