Job Summary: A swimming pool design and construction company is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and report on-site activities while maintaining constant communication with management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of on-site activities. 2. Management and supervision of on-site personnel. 3. Knowledge of hydraulic systems and installations. A company specializing in the design and construction of swimming pools and water parks is currently seeking a Site Supervisor. **Profile** * Technician in **Hydraulics**, hydraulic installations, or related fields. * Proven experience in **construction projects, maintenance, or renovations**. * Experience in managing and supervising on-site personnel. * Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems. * Handling and control of tools and construction materials. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate activities and work teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise on-site activities. * Assign tasks to subordinate personnel. * Verify proper execution of hydraulic works and other assigned activities. * Monitor appropriate use of tools, equipment, and materials. * Track adherence to the activity schedule. * Report progress, issues, and site requirements. * Maintain continuous communication with site coordination and/or management. Requirements **Education:** Hydraulic Technician or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects. **Contract Type:** To be determined. **Availability:** Willingness to travel to various projects as required by the company. Work Location: Regular travel required
