Preparation of reports with findings Job Description: We are seeking an apprentice to support the analysis of customer satisfaction surveys for the DIDI account, identifying opportunities for improving user experience. Responsibilities: Analyze negative customer surveys across different business lines. Identify and document causes of customer dissatisfaction. Prepare daily reports with identified findings. Support the analysis of data related to customer experience. Profile: Technical or technological student in Administration, Customer Service, Quality Processes, or related fields. Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and charts). Analytical ability and attention to detail. Customer service experience or knowledge is desirable.
