Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Expert in Data Architecture and Infrastructure to design and oversee the data integration architecture, manage data inventories, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, serving as the technical reference. Design and oversee data integration architecture across platforms, including replication, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes. Responsible for gathering reporting requirements (KPIs and dimensions) and transforming data from multiple sources. Document and manage data asset inventories, dictionaries, data lineage, and technical metadata repositories. Serve as the technical reference for development, analytics, and business intelligence teams, translating business needs into architectural solutions. Identify and manage architectural risks, system dependencies, technical debt, and data quality gaps. Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives for deployed developments, ensuring on-premises server performance and stability. Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Evaluate and recommend data storage and processing technologies such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and relational/non-relational databases. Lead integration initiatives between On-Premise and Cloud environments. Define technical guidelines for data infrastructure and processing. Requirements: Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles related to analytics and IT. English proficiency: B2 level required. Technical skills: Advanced SQL Server and performance tuning, database administration, ETL/ELT (SSIS, Azure Data Factory), data architecture, pipeline design, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and automation, Databricks, Power BI, Data Lakes/Data Warehouses, and data modeling.
