




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Expert to manage data, design visual solutions, and optimize data architectures for a global digital services company. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for comprehensive data administration, ensuring scalability and operational control in the region. Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, advanced reporting, and business-focused visual solutions (Frontend) using Power BI and Excel. Build, maintain, and optimize data pipeline architectures primarily using SQL and Databricks. Execute Python-based automations and scripts to optimize repetitive processes and strengthen regional operational control. Implement data cleansing, validation, and governance processes under the Data Office (Data Governance). Requirements: Education: Technical or university degree in engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, or related fields. Experience: 2–3 years in data analysis/engineering roles; experience in BPO companies or call center environments (ideally in operational or Workforce Management areas) is desirable. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), the Databricks ecosystem, expert-level Power BI, and advanced Excel. Cloud environment knowledge (e.g., Azure) is desirable.
